Not your problem or wallet paying for it when there belt snaps
Had to replace a timing belt on a Linde H20 forklift the other week, VW BEF engine ( 2 litre 4 pot SOHC )
Forklift had done 310 hours from new but as it had hit the 3 year time limit it was time for a new timing belt kit to be fitted on.

Apparently the oil pump packed in and the whole lot went Pete tong. So not my fault! Got a new engine so now need someone to change old for new?? Anyone?? Lol
