£45 for a pair of shocks, I can't see them being very comfortable or very well made.

Edit it's for one, not sure then never heard of KYB but according to their site they brand themselves as the worlds largest manufacturer of shocks.

Because they are. They do mainly Japanese applications but I noticed that Georgie's AVO set up have KYB stickers on them! Laughing

Good middle of the road manufacturer of dampers, they will be fine.

KYB have been about for some time now, never heard anyting bad about them. I certainly wouldn't have any doubts using them.

As for ebay, there's plenty of well known parts stores that now have ebay stores. That's where I get most of the parts I use. I get good trade disconts at my local parts shop but I can still get stuff cheaper online. For example I got a quote for some Navara rear shocks & was quoted £190 for a pair of monroes, i got the same pair of shocks online for £140

ebay is perfectly fine as long as you use good sellers. If a seller had crap feedback I wouldn't use them.
