its a sony xplode cd player will it need the standard cd player to make it work?

What model number and year of manufacture is the Sony Xplode - more specifically, does it have an interface for a CD changer? If it does, then you can buy a connect2 interface to the display.
Does your car have steering wheel remote? And did you buy the adapter(s) to make it work with the aftermarket stereo?

An email to them, with the details of your stereo, should help to see whether it fitted/worked or not.
