#1: Have to wait before starting Author: haggis120, Location: scotlandPosted: Tue Oct 18, 2011 6:37 pm ---- Hi, I have a problem that has just started. I have to turn ignition on and wait till dash lights go out air bag etc.. before I can start the engine.
If I try to start it before it will not start and then I have to leave it for five or ten minutes as it will not start even if I wait till the lights go out.
Any ideas would be great. thanks

When you say "not start" does the engine turn over at normal starting speed but not fire; or does it turn over slowly or not at all? Or some other issue?
