#1: 6am and no start :.( Author: BigGreenDave, Location: The RiftPosted: Tue Nov 01, 2011 2:24 am ---- So i was driving the Green Machine around last night and everything was beautiful.
Woke up this morning to turn on car and go to work... Nothing... Starter motor is turning and trying to firer but just isnt... It's like when you watch a horror movie and there trying to get away from the murderer who's walking towards the car soon to put the death blow apon there sexual teenage minds... But in this case mine doesn't start up before the death blow... I'd be in a pool of blood and raped for my eyeballs...
I've tried pumping accelerator but nothing.
Could this be just a fuel pump problem? Or somthing more serious?
Thanks

#6: Re: 6am and no start :.( Author: Pug-Lee-2011, Location: Stoke-on-TrentPosted: Tue Nov 01, 2011 3:59 pm ---- probably a simple battery key fob issue, if not its time to dig a little deeper
#7: Re: 6am and no start :.( Author: BigGreenDave, Location: The RiftPosted: Mon Jan 09, 2012 9:45 pm ---- Thanks guys for your help i never replied to what my problem was.
My battery on the fob was dying so it was part that, due to the battery being low the button on the fob would sometimes skip not allowing for me to turn off the immobiliser but this was different i was able to turn the alarm off and open the door (which in turn cancel's the immobiliser) with the key (no door handles) but it wasnt allowing me to turn on the car when i got in which was the confusing part.
After looking into it what i had done was instead of pressing the function key then the door release button i skipped the function button because of the low battery and pressed the door release which without a function it is a re-immobilise dont ask me why that is even a button but it is, when am i ever going to decide oh i wont lock my car and set the alarm ill just immobilise it so that thiefs will get stressed out... haha
Thanks again guys and sorry it took me so long to reply!
