Problem detected when transmitting unlock code, Engine immobiliser code can not be read,
ECU status Locked.
Last chance is a file that is still virgin. This afternoon I will try to do it by trying to set parameters via PP2000

I've returned from the garage. Finally my car was running well, but there are few errors listed in pps.
- Fan can not spin when the temperature is reached, checked via pps (actuator) fan to normal operation both low-speed or high speed.
- The fuel gauge has not shown the correct position.

For the fuel gauge reboot the BSI, if that doesn't work then the BSI needs updating.
Is the fan code a permanent or intermittent?

I did a test with a multimeter reads the voltage 11.75v and I think that's not enough.

When alternator is running you should have >14V on the battery.
How would power-steering oil cause a short though?
It might well have caused damage,or belt slipping but..

Well known issue on TU engined 206's when the head gasket leaks oil, if the oil then gets inside the alternator it can damage / ruin it
Power steering fluid will do the same if it gets inside the alternator.

there is a leak in the gasket, and it resulted in broken altenator. trying to find a replacement for the altenator regulator, and clean up oil on the altenator.

For all TU engine users are advised to check the condition of the power steering pump, it is because if there occurs a short circuit caused by leakage of oil into the altenator, it will harm the electrical system and the most severe can result in a fire in the engine room.
