wonder how much the paint job cost, i want mine white at somepoint.
Could always get it wrapped, might be cheaper than a Respray plus it puts some people off when buying a car that's had a full Respray they start to think the car has been damaged and when fixed changed colour.
That's my opinion anyway
when i got a quote to do my civic coupe back to std white (it was 308cc pearl white) wrapping it was actually more expensive.

too much is probably the answer or at least too much to spend on a 206 anyway....
its a nice thought though, white car with black glass roof, black lighting, black windows, black alloys, black leather / white suade interior etc....
oh and the wrc-kit, not the crap knock off, the real £2200 one from dimma lol.
maybe one day
its not a nice thought anymore its an all too common thought now and beginning to get boring its been done on a 206 and on nearly every other car going the whole white with black details is becoming far too common imo
i like to think that its worth it aswell but on a 206 its really not.....

the other thought was an all black, wrc replica, using the 4wd system from the DV6 Kuga, not sure how to put it all together yet, but im good friends with a top mechanic so ill have a word with him.
#19: Re: White 180 Author: L5_UKS, Location: West MidlandsPosted: Sat Nov 26, 2011 6:46 pm ---- As above you've got to still remember its only a 206 so you've got to know when to say thats enough of throwing money at it because you can keep spending money on it, then look back and you could have payed for alot nicer car.
However its up to you, if you want to spend out loads on a car be unique, but thats hard todo with 206's now as there's so many about so most things have already been over done.
#20: Re: White 180 Author: L5_UKS, Location: West MidlandsPosted: Sat Nov 26, 2011 6:47 pm ---- Just text my mate whos brother does wrapping and he said it would be £750 to wrap a 206 fully in white
Personally I dont think it would be worth it

If it was white from factory I would have got excited...
Yeah they don't do white ones in the uk so most of them will be LHD?
i think there were a few UK white ones. I remember seeing one on another forum and one for sale on pistonheads once. (didnt look like it had been looked after!)
there are a few white 1.1's and 1.4 hdi vans in swindon, nothing higher up than that.
Yes sorry I meant there being a few UK white genuine 180's around
I'm pretty sure they never did any white uk 180's.
#22: Re: White 180 Author: jayz206gti, Location: TamworthPosted: Sat Nov 26, 2011 6:51 pm ---- £750 isnt bad though because atleast your safe in the knowledge that when you get bored or come to sell it it can be remobed and your good to go!
#23: Re: White 180 Author: Ghosty, Location: WiltshirePosted: Sat Nov 26, 2011 6:51 pm ---- ^^^^ good to know, mind you i was quoted on a civic coupe, which is a fair bit longer (£1500, iirc)
#24: Re: White 180 Author: drunknmunky, Location: Blackburn and CatterickPosted: Sat Nov 26, 2011 6:56 pm ---- £750 is a lot of money to spend on a 206 and just for looks aswell im pretty sure the colour of your car is nice enough you just have to pick the right colour/colours to go with it to pull it off
if i was to be spending that sort of money it would have to be on a car a lot more worth it imo as the 206 just aint all that anymore
#25: Re: White 180 Author: JordGJ, Location: Leeds / West MidlandsPosted: Sun Nov 27, 2011 1:37 am ---- not an original... disappointing!

#27: Re: White 180 Author: MattyP, Location: PlymouthPosted: Sun Nov 27, 2011 4:48 am ---- I was informed of this 206 by my brother who's in the process of looking to buy a 180 but I never read as far as the bit where he states it was resprayed in white. I love white 206's and even though I love the colour moonstone I regret not buying this white gti back in 08 before I bought my gti because lets face it, a white Gti is Awesome!!
