Has anyone had experience in stopping doors from rattling, especialy when speakers are given a bit.

I have purchased some new mushroom clips (not fitted yet) since some are missing or incorrect
but I strongly suspect there is more to it than that.

Any help would be appreciated because I don't want to go into an endless cycle of taking the door-cards off trying to solve it.

Just standard-power 16cm drivers fitted, properly.

(This is not really an ICE topic)

Check there is nothing in the pockets in the doorcards

Check there is nothing inside the door, like clips that have broken off.

Fit better insulation and new clips on the cards

First and second checked.
Third, what do you sugest?

I think there might be mechanical stuff (like elec-window components) rattling.

Mine did it too. Expanding foam on the door card means that it's "compressed" when attached, not just "hanging" if that makes sense.

Apart from that, it's a bit of a pain.

That makes a lot of sense and I've also got the foam round sealing-rings (not fitted yet), which are not present on mine but are on Mrs_V9977. Mine rattles/her's doesn't. Same drivers in both cars.
