#34: Re: SECTION-59 Demo Car Author: Nimminz, Location: Durham, NE England, UKPosted: Sun Mar 28, 2010 4:03 am ---- car is looking canny, sometimes i think i'd like an SW, all that extra room.
Know what you mean with the paint, few bits of mine has fingerprints on
Guages look brilliant on that a-pillar pod!
#35: Re: SECTION-59 Demo Car Author: vanman_foci, Location: Barry, South WalesPosted: Sun Mar 28, 2010 4:08 am ---- The only real reason why I had the SW is because 1. it's £35 to tax and 2. I like to be different
I love the gauges, the pod looks so good. Can't belive how well it fits, just a shame it costs £30, but money well spent. PSI boost gauge is very responsive and volt gauge bounces with my music The opening ceremony on the gauges is pretty cool as well
Cheers for the comments. Just a shame it's stopped at this point. Would have liked to do a bit more Never mind.
Going to definately keep it for this years show season Last edited by vanman_foci on Sun Mar 28, 2010 4:09 am; edited 1 time in total

Not really. Have a look over know and again at the boost gauge. No point in looking at volts when it's running as it just shows 14 volts even when the bass is pumping. Shows a quick drop when you turn anything on
At night the reflect off the windscreen. the missus says they are too bright but I reckon it's because they are new and higher up

#41: Re: SECTION-59 Demo Car Author: vanman_foci, Location: Barry, South WalesPosted: Sat Apr 17, 2010 2:58 am ---- Got to ISTS, rear door handle outside pop out of the holder inside, and child lock on! not good. Car was full but managed to put it back on And then later that night had a flat battery Ah well
Got a new set lined up. Might even get a set of Subura wheels just to be different
Bought new metal show plates as well and about £100 of AutoGlym so look for my car on the trade stand nice and shiny. Got given a Richie Don promo CD as well so here that blasting out
Hoping to do some more painting before mod nats or even FCS, need to redo my rear black badge as the paint is flaking. Stupid high pressure valeting people! lol
So it's not the end, just a slow process

#42: Re: SECTION-59 Demo Car Author: vanman_foci, Location: Barry, South WalesPosted: Mon Apr 26, 2010 2:16 pm ---- Need to change my brakes are there have a massive lip on the disc. Will do them friday evening.
Now the french quality's have come through!
Cluster ain't working properly so the revs don't work properly and I think a tensioner is on the way out!
So thats put a big of a stopper on my plans.
Want to get the car lowered but need the gauge group buy to go through. Need to do loads of painting as well
Ah well keep an eye and see if anythin happens
PEACE
