Not seen one sold for years, most likely can still get them if you find a motor factor with old stock on the shelf.

Oh sh*t - just spent £26 quid replacing a bush on the old arm, now the gaiter has split too! ~ Not prepared to pay out for a new arm on ebay or at dealer on top of the £26 I just forked out. Will a gaiter from a track rod end do instead I wonder?

cheers!

Topgear in doncaster split mine when they lowered it, they got hold of some easily enough

If the ball joint cover has been split for any length of time, then it's likely that grit has got in and the grease leaked out, which is now causing wear on the joint itself. It's sometimes a waste of money to replace the cover as you'll need a new arm soon enough.

not coming up on my browser for 206 HDi 1.4. I called my local main dealer who said that the gaiter is not available separately and several other local factors confirmed this too.

EVENTUALLY MANAGED to see the service box diagram and it DOES list a ball joint gaiter [EDWARD], 2 collars, and a protector.

...this time main dealer said: "each of those are only available in packs of 20". They didn't remember telling me that you couldn't buy them separately in the first place! i.e. complete arm only!

...managed to get hold of ONE from this guy: boot/gaiter.

...and got the collars and protector from: protector/collars
