Hi there,

Well good news my old little 1.4 passed its mot with just 2 advisories.
1 was deteriorating front brake hoses and 2 was rear brake pipes starting to pit.

Can some one please point me in the right direction of price for a garage to do these jobs.

Im thinking of getting them done as a matter of course as i may indeed sell the 206 early next year.

all help appriciated

Only one way to get a really good estimate of price, find a copy of the Yellow Pages, and get dialing Thumb Up

Front brake hoses are £9.31 each from any Peugeot / Citroen main dealer.

As for the rear pipes cheaper doing them of the roll.

If your selling it early next year why bother wasting money on it? Confused

Its an old 206, there pretty much worthless these days due to the large amount of them for sale.

I wouldnt waste money on replacing parts if your gonna sell it in the new year.

yeh fair point and i know what your saying, but its gonna look better that its a full bill of health with full mot and 6 months tax so should get better price than say without them.
