1-Get the head cleaned,got it skimmed only IF it's in the bad shape,but some heads only needs cleaning and get the new gasket fitted.
2-Change the Cambelt (get a cambelt set which includes water pump).
3-Change the thermostat because it might be the cause of the headgasket problem you had.
4-get your radiator flushed and cleaned throughly,to make sure that your coolant cycle running in a perfect way.
5-Add antifreez,new oil,new oil filter and then you are ready,and Off you goooooooooo
about the cost,I don't know how much,but when you wanna do something,do it right
