#1: Flashing Air Bag Light. Author: devildriverxii, Location: StevenagePosted: Wed Dec 14, 2011 8:07 am ---- My air bag light keeps flashing, I noticed it after I parked with the wheel fully locked anti-clockwise, and it seems to start flashing if I have to turn the wheel more than 2 rotations...this might just be coincidence but i thought I'd mention it.
Can I still drive? of is it likely to go off, I really can't afford any repairs right now =(
I changed the steering wheel and air bag loom about 9 months ago, and it's been fine, so I'm pretty sure it's not that.
Any ideas?
I did search, but I could only read one page, then I got this...

Needs the codes reading to be sure though unless you want to pull the wheel off and check all the connections.

#4: Re: Flashing Air Bag Light. Author: devildriverxii, Location: StevenagePosted: Wed Dec 14, 2011 8:13 am ---- But it's not a huge problem though, I can still drive it about tonight and fix tomorrow.
I know that's not the best attitude to have, but I just can't be arsed today.

Doesnt bother me, I know my airbags & seatbelt pretensioners will work in the event of an accident where as yours while the airbag warning light is flashing wont

Toooooo dark
If you removed your MFD and climate control, you'll be surprised at just how dark it can get.
