Phase 2 was september 2003 onwards.

Sounds perfectly normal like it left the factory.
You have mist jets, there isnt a phase 2 washer jet.
Your MFD is a standard multiplexed unit, seeing as multiplexing appeared in October 2001 its to be expected your 03 car would have one of these fitted .
Your 03 plate car was built before phase 2 was launched, thats why your car has the correct phase 1 rear lights & boot strip fitted.
