#1: Is this worth buying? Author: gixxerkev, Location: wiltshirePosted: Thu Dec 29, 2011 3:44 am ---- I wanna do some diagnostics on my car and was searching on eBay for some equipment to use and found this:-
Is it worth buying or will it be a waste of money?
Thanks for any answers.
Kev

The lead works fine and I like the software that came with it.
Give me a few minutes and I'll try to find a link for where I got it from. Think it was cheaper than that.
Edit. This is the place I bought mine from. Advanced Diagnostic Took 3 days to arrive. Last edited by macca1411 on Thu Dec 29, 2011 4:15 am; edited 3 times in total

Try & borrow one from a friend etc & see if it works.
Ive used my OBD code reader on a year 2000 Pug 306 HDI before & it read / cleared the engine fault codes.
