Dyslexia isn't an excuse, thousands of people have it and they live with it and can spell properly.

And....
I completely disagree with regards the use of terrible English. Fair enough, the odd spelling mistake here and there but please stop with the awful, lazy 'text speak'

Or, I meant what I wrote in the first instance
what a pointless 'saying'. What if you like something? were you taught to keep quiet?
You would have been rubbish on catchphrase!
#18: Re: people not goin like but owell Author: Mike_XS, Location: SouthamptonPosted: Thu Jan 05, 2012 10:04 am ---- I know a few dyslexics and they don't type like that. Yes, they struggle with spelling and grammar. But at least they can type how they talk.

And just an FYI... I was fantastic at Catchphrase! Lol
I'm not moaning either... Have you seen what people have said to him on this forum before? Just plain nasty... You can all clearly read the correct way that whatever he said should have been typed.
If you are that bothered, get an admin to edit the post with corrections.
And a nice stereotype on dyslexia there.... It isn't all the same, there are various degrees of it

Looks like you have a really nice finish on the bonnet. And I don't know if you have noticed, but the calipers match the colour of the tint on the headlamps. Yes you're correct. The calipers are yellow, and so are the lights. It's a shame the car is green, the bonnet is black, the lions are red, the 'boot build' is hideous, the valve caps are bl000dy awful and the stickers are cheap and tacky.
Don't know why people bother commenting when they are just taking the p**s..... I was always taught that if you don't like something, just say. Or don't say anything at all! You were taught wrong. p***ies were taught that. If you don't like something, then you are within your rights to say something. Similarly, if you post your god awful car up online to a car community, then you should expect a bit of criticism. However, if you post up a hideous car onto a car community, then you should expect to go down in flames
And as for the spelling/grammer insults... Give it up people, that is just nasty and personal. There is no need. My other half is dyslexic, and you have no idea how much effort it takes to try and write well. It's not nasty, nor personal. People don't like to have to decipher p**s poor grammar (note, with an A). Your other half may be dyslexic, but I suggest she's just lazy. It's not hard to spell and construct a sentence.
i.e. people not goin like but owell.
People ARE not goinG TO like but oH well.
She is filthy though! She may be dyslexic, but there's no need to patronise her like this...
Will have to come and see it sometime soon in the daylightI'd much rather see it in the dark

So, what you are saying is that I am not entilted to my own opinion?
"Looks like you have a really nice finish on the bonnet. And I don't know if you have noticed, but the calipers match the colour of the tint on the headlamps. Yes you're correct. The calipers are yellow, and so are the lights. It's a shame the car is green, the bonnet is black, the lions are red, the 'boot build' is hideous, the valve caps are bl000dy awful and the stickers are cheap and tacky."
I didn't mention anything about the yellow being the same colour as the car.
"Don't know why people bother commenting when they are just taking the p**s..... I was always taught that if you don't like something, just say. Or don't say anything at all! You were taught wrong. p***ies were taught that. If you don't like something, then you are within your rights to say something. No, I wasn't taught wrong. I was taught to be polite actually. And yes, expect a bit of criticism... but what you people say isn't "a bit of criticism" it is really harsh and when it you run out of things to say about the car, you start getting personal. (but I suppose that is the 'going down in flames'?)
"And as for the spelling/grammer insults... Give it up people, that is just nasty and personal. There is no need. My other half is dyslexic, and you have no idea how much effort it takes to try and write well. It's not nasty, nor personal. 1) Yes it is nasty and personal. It isn't difficult to decipher what is being said is it?
2) I do apologize for the spelling error
3) My partner is a He, not a She (quite suprised that driving a CC didn't give that away?)
4) How dare you suggest that he is just lazy! You clearly have no idea how difficult it is for a dyslexic person to write well (as I said before) but, by what you wrote, I guess you are just ignorant.
"She is filthy though! She may be dyslexic, but there's no need to patronise her like this... "
I will leave that, as I can see you are trying to pull a funny by playing on my words
"Will have to come and see it sometime soon in the daylightI'd much rather not see it "
I don't really care if you don't want to see it, and I am sure 20619d doesn't either.
