it fit into the battery box and i can close the lid no problem at all.

2.0i CC is a 027 type battery ... must be a smaller one in the 1.6 version.
PS Halfords are also known to get the numbers wrong!!

Not to worry, Thank you for look i spoke to lee earlier and if the battery i've brought is wrong i will take it back and swop it for another not the end of the world

Mines the Varta D15 which is exactly the same battery as your Bosch.
Starts my TU3 easily enough
I always go for the most powerful one that will fit in the battery box with the longest warranty.
