The multi line PPT 30 displays are crap, they always break, working ones are rare 2nd hand.

I was given 3 broken ones to look at by a friend, I managed to get 1 out the 3 to work for him Laughing
The display in my GTi works, but the backlight doesnt come on unless you push the top of the unit lol.

Minor issue, soldering iron in the right place should fix that common fault Laughing

What He Said there's a guide on here to fix this i believe

Some c*** leeched it off here and started selling it on eBay as well

But I still really cant be botherd to fix it unless I decided to keep the GTi in the next week or so.

b******s. i seen a few people on ebay charging a fiver or so and LOTS have people have payed Rolling Eyes
