I have a gti centre console so I was wondering what is the most I can upgrade to and what measures would I have to do! Could I put in one that shows mpg and how many miles in the tank, temp etc or just the date time and temp? Thanks

Are the 2 extra wires in the door loom / mirror connector plug there for the temp sensor?

Mirror plug is normally clipped to the door behind the triangle trim, you might find a tweeter speaker clipped to the back of that trim so dont go yanking it of to hard!
Do you have electric mirrors fitted / working?
Some 206's just have the heated mirror glass & manual mirrors.
#14: Re: Interior clock/mfd Author: danlouiee, Location: Plymouth, DevonPosted: Tue Jan 17, 2012 3:40 pm ---- i dont know if they are even heated! i know they are manual though. my 206 is so basic its unreal so is there a chance it wont have it?

You got electric windows?
If you have then pop the switch out & see if there is a spare black plug under it not connector / doing anything.
If you have that spare black plug then thats the electric mirror loom & that also means you will have the cabin wiring for the outside temp sensor.
