#1: Synthetic oil 1.4 hdi Author: Fifer, Location: FifePosted: Wed Jan 18, 2012 2:43 pm ---- I was going to use Mobil 1 0w40 in my car. The service book says do not use synthetic oil in the 1.4 hdi engine. Why is this and would the Mobil actually be suitable?
