Just wondering what everyone thinks the best free mods are to do on a 206? Smile

I am working on a tight budget but have the modding bug and I need to do something to my car! Dont know what to do though! Dont like it being standard at all!

Thanks,

Jack

I doubt there are many free Mods. Even basic bits like colour coding require materials to do the job. Have a search for the budget guide to modding. That's proberly your best bet.

EDIT - Clicky

Jack, I finished painting my brake calipers yesterday. I got the tin of red brake caliper paint from Halfords for about a tenner. Admittedly it took about 8 hours in total, spread over two sundays and alot of waiting around for the paint to dry and alot of steady handidness but the finished result I'm quite pleased with. And the pot of paint will last ages incase any touch up needs doing. I haven't even used 1/4 of the tin and that's two coats on each caliper.

Best free mod? Get the scrap man to take it away before you waste to much money on little mods

Or

Save up to mod it properly

Halfords Caliper paint is dog s**t that's why. You would have taken a 3rd of the time if you had used hammerite smooth paint.

I have managed to discolour my hammerite due to excessive heat Very Happy

Also if you can't use the search function try practising on the job centre website and you might find you have some money to mod with Rolling On The Floor Laughing
