I've been looking around the site and I've noticed a few different colours of badges on the grille and thought that I want to paint mine. But first things first, as stupid as it sounds, how do I take it off? I've taken out the the torx bolts but nothings happening.

Ok. cheers, I was thinking that, then the clips felt like they'd snap. I was going to paint it on my lunch break as at work we have loads of spare spray paints. What colour would you recommend?

Badge painting How-To

Quote::
Turn the badge over so that the lion is facing away from you, you will be able to see a series of prongs from the lion. These are what hold it to the main assembly. To release the lion for painting take a small flat headed screwdriver and gently push the plastic grips away from the prongs. Be very carefull, too aggressive and you risk either breaking the prong or a grip.

when all the grips have been persuaded away fromt the prongs apply gentle pressure to the prongs working your way around the lion to full free it.
