only use 75w/80

no matter what brand. only use 75w80, if you want fancy stuff get miller or Motul, they are less than a tenner for 1 litre.

not other like 75w/90; 70w/75, 75w/140 etc.....

the PSA synchro is just picky on oil

Correct oil is less then £8 for 2 litres from any Peugeot / Citroen main dealer.

Not that anyone bothers to take any notice anymore Rolling Eyes

I've already got enough oil borrowed from old job to keep the 206 in oil changes for a good few years yet Laughing

As for gearbox oil, that can wait till clutch change time.

Yes it's Halfords own which is perfectly adequate.

I'd much rather pay £7.88 at any Peugeot / Citroen main dealer for 2 litres.
