#1: 206cc wiper fuse 17 keeps blowing Author: wazac, Location: doncasterPosted: Sun Jan 29, 2012 4:09 am ---- Hi everyone hope you can help i have a 206cc and the fuse 17 under bonnet keeps blowing have change wiper motor still the same,replace fuse and as soon as you turn ignition on it blows,i have tried it with the stalks disconnected and the mtr disconnected and still the same,any help please,thanks

I've seen someone use a nail as the supply fuse for there amp, fire brigade wasnt very happy

disconnect motor still blows its not the motor
disconnect relay, still blow its not the relay or wiring after it.
if it doent blow its the relay or wiring from it to the motor.
if not relay or motor disconnect stalk etc
do it in a methodical way and you will find the short.
Alternatively just dont drive in the rain.

I dont know because I havent got the standard loom and fuse box any more
