@Austin, yup Eibach Sportline are 45-50mm but I think they dropped it about 50-55mm
#19: Re: ZiAn's pride & joy 206GTi Author: Austin, Location: TelfordPosted: Wed Feb 10, 2010 5:17 am ---- oh right, i think i might go for the pro-line, there 35mm drop so might not loose too much ride comfort then.
#20: Re: ZiAn's pride & joy 206GTi Author: =ZiAn=, Location: SloveniaPosted: Wed Feb 10, 2010 5:46 am ---- @Austin, ProKit will preserve most of the comfort but Sportline look better. So if you only care about performance and ride comfort not looks, I'd go for ProKit as you said before If I had to make a choice now I would probably choose ProKit as well (or KW2 )
Exterior update =)
Because of people who are unable to park without scratching the car next to it I had to have the car repainted (not entirely but about half of it) Thankfully the insurance company paid for it + only the paint was damaged
Parts getting prep'd for spraying (weight reduction)
During the repairs we also managed to sneak in some other parts for spraying and now all in all the car looks like this (including the spoiler for Brian ):
The hood was welded and the middle weld was made so that it continues just like the original. I bought that debadged grill but it was rubbish so we made one ourself from original ABS plastic so there is no chance of ti breaking or cracking.
Now the car is almost finished on the outside, just 2 more things I need to purchase.

Liking the update, looks loads better with the rear spoiler, easily one of the best GTi's on the forum.

First I received something from Antix
Gear rods for group N (actually found out later they are meant for A group)
And about a week or two later a guy from GLS knocked on my doors
Hmmm something from OMP, Goodridge and another Haynes manual for the collection:
Things were finally starting go move forward, which was really necessary as my old brakes were worn pretty good
I'm a sucker for shiny things but they cost the same as normal ones so why not:
OMP
Hard one aye?
Yup another 206 guy with a strut bar. I know it doesn't do much on a 206 but I just love the look of it when I open the bonnet
We quickly installed the strut bar (not without difficulty-stupidity at its finest)
And as usual I need to add some photos:
That's it for now, the brake update coming up soon
