ABS question

Ive got a 2002 multiplex car with rear drums and abs (knackered axle). I have just bought a 2000 plate rear disc beam with ABS to replace it with. Im guessing the plugs will be different due to multiplex/non plex. Is it just a case of re wiring the plugs or is anything else required?

I don't think it's that simple. Pretty sure the wires have different functions and you need a multiplexed one.

bugger! Would I be able to use my abs sensors/wiring with the pre plex beam? or are drum/disc sensors different?

Another q, have received disc beam and it is the older tooth type rather than the magnetic type my drum abs has. So I'm wondering are disc and drum trailing arms the same? Can I fit my hubs complete onto these trailing arms? Thanks in advance
