Just slide the seats forward and backwards to enable you to access the bolts. The seats come out attached to the runners. Straight swap nice and easy.
Craig and I swapped our interiors over for eachothers over the weekend. We had both done one set each before but it only took an hour and a half to do all 4 door cards, front seats, back seats and glove box lid.
I recommend having a can of wd40 or something similar to hand if you havent done your car before as I found some of my rear seat bolts were a little stiff!
