Try removing the engine plastic cover; if noise goes away, put some "black sponge with adesive" (sorry, but I don't know how to call it in english) right upon the six fixing point upon engine head cover. Make a little cross-shaped cut in them to make the plastic screws pass through them. It's plastic vibrating, but noise is very similar to induction noise...

Checked it without the cover when looking for issue - still the same without it on.

The point of a problem thread is to at first exhaust (pardon the pun! lol) every possible persons experience on the forum that might be kind enough to invest time in helping a 206info fellow member -
I have had it up on a ramp and couldn't find leak - that why just wanted to know if any issues with manifolds cracking etc..
Think we all know we can take it to a garage-
Imagine every thread closed with - took it to garage - resolved. lol
I know what you mean - it can be hard to find issues- best to give it to a garage but just checking first Jayz.

My exhaust always seems to be blowing, seems to always be around the flexi to the manifold joint, kind of seems pointless fixing it as it always comes back, which I believe is caused by the amount of movement in the engine mounts which Im told is normal on these forums for a 180.
