I think its good every now and again, its meant to have cleaning agents in it but weather or not it does anything i dont know.

I managed to get 420 miles and the needle went right the way down passed the redline.. where as i was getting 380 max....But then i dont rag my car around only on occaisions.
I heard redex isnt really that good and does more damage than good. not too sure though.
however as for vpower or premium fuel you should fill the tank up and reset your trip and see how it works for you. I think its worth the extra pennies
