If I can how can I make the mileage the same to to match my original clocks?

Are you sure your car isnt NON plexed?
You cant fit a multiplexed cluster to a non plexed car.

I ideally want red needles and blue numbers but I won't get that with the bulbs as I can't get accuracy of the needles:(

The pre plexed gti's came led dials right? If they did I I want to replaced my pre plexed bulb lit dials with perplexed GTI LED dials!!

Nope, there normal backlit bulbs like your current cluster.
