Pump £40, new fluid £7. 20-30 min job. Easy job aswell. Get a mate to help, always easier with 2 especially removing the aux belt.

I had the loud screaming noise on my X-reg 206 and it was the o-ring that had begun leaking. 20p for the ring.
The leak is not bad so topping up with steering fluid will do the trick for £4. It'll get worse over time so get it fixed but a pump can be bought for £20 online. Check your lines and your fluid first.
Shop around, Google will save you a fotune
