rpm meter
-> 206 Problems

#1: rpm meter Author: madinfo, Location: Portugal PostPosted: Sun Mar 25, 2012 6:06 am

i have a 1.9 DW8 engine it got no rpm meter on the dash..., i've checked and the sensor is fited (this car as no ECU) and wire gets to the dash.
i've try ed to fit some rpm dash's and none seams to work...
finely i've discovery that the ones that I've been trying are ECU actuated ... from sensor goes to ECU then to the dash rpm meter.

accordingly to servicebox mine uses a different dash that uses "PMS" instead of ECU info....

does anyone knows how to change these rpm meters to work on my car ? or knows what the differences on the signal are to get this workin ?

tanks in advance
