#1: MOT - Wing mirror Author: MrBombHead, Location: Horchurch, Essex, LondonPosted: Sun Mar 25, 2012 7:52 am ---- It seems that I only post in here when it comes to my MOT but here I go again.
Does anyone know the regulations regarding wing mirrors?
From looking round it seems that they are not required but if you have them, they need to be "servicable". Any idea what exactly is meant by this?
Bit of background, when parked someone decided that my wing mirror looked a bit too nice and deviced to give it a good old kick in.
The casing is broken but the glass is in 1 piece still. I've had to tape the glass back up to the casing but apart from that its still usable. Electric folding still works.
Just want to know if im gonna have to replace the bloody thing to get it through the MOT.
Any ideas at all guys?
