Hello can anyone help me as I am driving, my driver side makes noise and I hear its top mountain suspension, is it possible to fix it yourself?

My car is peugeot 206, 1.4 litre.

Yes, but you'll need to buy some climbing gear first though.

Hello, thanks for replies, garages are trying to rip me off as mostly garages are charging me over £100 but someone I know has said he will do it for £50, but he is away.

Any more tips please?

I want it get it fixed asap, so it doesn't get worst. Will it break down or anything if I leave it and keep driving?

Yes I do have spring compressors. Will I be able to fix it myself? if I get the parts? If so how?

It would be a good idea to buy or borrow a 206 Haynes manual.

If you want to get one today, then Halfords. Probably cheaper online.

really easy fix if you have compresors 3 bolts on top and one on the strut
remove the droplink loosen the strut mount then away you go



-> 206 Problems
