Wait till they're golden brown and risen before taking them out. Smile

the silicone sealant shouldn't be set solid to begin with ? just stick a knife in it and cut around then peel it off when its separated

Stick them in the oven. I've done loads. Softens the glue equally and less chance in melting anything as you won't be tempted to hold the heat gun too close Wink

I've had 4 sidelight bulbs stuck inside my angels and i tried getting them out with various methods, without taking the plastic casing off. They all ended up rolling underneath the projector, out of sight so i just them as it is as there not in sight anymore.

just leave them was that ment to be?

thats not the problem, i dont think mine are the same as yours, mine have a case over the side light same as the indicator (see pic on page 1). mine is falling off because i pushed it out while trying to get a bulb that fell in there.
