Brake caliper bolts

A quick question as I'm away fom the car, but does the 2000 gti have bolts to hold the calipers on,or are they the torx style thingy's front ones I'm talking about....

The calipers are bolted on the the calliper carriers using bolts. The discs are held in with torx screws.

17mm nut behind the caliper 2 of them

they are on my mates corsa lol bmw are 5mm allen key which i was surprised at

just noticed your car has a similar reg to mine

Definately bolts. Later cars use torx bolts.
