#1: gti turbo? Author: 138Andy, Location: NottsPosted: Mon Apr 02, 2012 4:39 pm ---- im wanting a little more power in my pedals does any one know a decent company that will fit a turbo and sort out my engine why im away next year ?
will have upto £10k to spend on it so hopefully no need to buy cheap want it to last
think i should find a nice 180 instead of the 138? Last edited by 138Andy on Mon Apr 02, 2012 4:42 pm; edited 2 times in total
#4: Re: gti turbo? Author: drunknmunky, Location: Blackburn and CatterickPosted: Mon Apr 02, 2012 4:44 pm ---- Ha for 10k you could get a lot better car than a 180 thats been turbo or a even a GTi thats been turbo spend your money on a better car that would be my advise
#5: Re: gti turbo? Author: drunknmunky, Location: Blackburn and CatterickPosted: Mon Apr 02, 2012 4:47 pm ---- but if you really insist on doing it then you have to get dp engineering products wouldnt know where to get it fitted though to be honest
but for 10k these days you can get a lot of car for half of that its a real buyers market at the moment specially with fuel price and tax and insurance on higher engine cars so you can get some real bargains with lots of power for little money if you can afford the running costs and that which i would expect you can if your planning on putting a turbo on your car
#6: Re: gti turbo? Author: 138Andy, Location: NottsPosted: Mon Apr 02, 2012 4:48 pm ---- i like the 206 look
not seen many 206's with a turbo up for sale

If people like you had been left in charge we would still be living in the dark ages in a cave. "Oh we could go see what that hole is at the end, but no we'r happy here"
Maybe he wants to be different 10/10 for that.
#8: Re: gti turbo? Author: spike_202, Location: West midsPosted: Mon Apr 02, 2012 4:52 pm ---- Pug1off did my work give them a ring and have a chat about what you want and say rich with the 206 said to ring

#10: Re: gti turbo? Author: drunknmunky, Location: Blackburn and CatterickPosted: Mon Apr 02, 2012 4:55 pm ---- maybe he does but im just saying thats all didnt say he had to do what i think is the better option, the only problem i see is the money you put in you will never get back yes it will be different and faster than most of the other 206's and so on but is it really worth it? thats what you have to ask yourself
as for your statement about me being in charge and stuck in a cave i think thats a bit of a far fetched way of putting it but i get your point but......its not really different though is it, its been done before and will be done again no doubt
but if you really insist on doing it then you have to get dp engineering products wouldnt know where to get it fitted though to be honest

#16: Re: gti turbo? Author: drunknmunky, Location: Blackburn and CatterickPosted: Mon Apr 02, 2012 5:20 pm ---- no they have not dropped any tour bonus, you really think they could get away with putting it up for about what 2 years then dropping it again? its all rumour that it has dropped again we have been briefed on this stuff! i wont be spending any money on the pug next time just going for something real nice that i can bag and that
no this will be my second i went in 2010 aswell from jan-aug herrick 11 and 12 and on that one got the 5k bonus and came back with a total of 13k if i didnt spend anything but i trashed a load on new tele and surround osund and that lol

#25: Re: gti turbo? Author: usher, Location: northallertonPosted: Thu Apr 05, 2012 8:53 am ---- here you go
i had been watching it with the wish i won the lottery but it went with no bids
now its on again would be a cheaper option and sure byt the sounds of it he will fit for a small fee
#26: Re: gti turbo? Author: Edward, Location: In the garagePosted: Thu Apr 05, 2012 11:06 am ---- Blowing £10k on a 206 all at once is madness. I've had mine from 2 years old and will happily spend a few hundred here and there but it's a long term hobby sat in the garage half the year, not a daily driver.
Ive been watching the same one and was going to post the link before seeing that you'd already done it! Great minds....
