Hi does any one now how i can fix water leaking from the metal pipe in my peugeot? It appears to be a pin p***k but is in an awkward place. Any advice welcome please.

Many thanks, will get some tomorrow hopefully motorist shop down road will sell it, as desperately need car for tuesday. Thankyou.

would you happen to know what the pipe is called....its the metal pipe that runs around the side of the cylinder head that also feeds the heater pipe...and where can you get them....many thanks

will it work on hot pipe as this pipe has hot water running through it Very Happy just need it to last till get a new one

Your best bet is to go to the dealer or your local scrappy Smile

I'd just go to the dealer and buy a new one. Might be slightly tricky to fit so if you aren't that great with spanners then get somebody competent to do it.

Any other fix is a temporary bodge.

Temporary bodge is just what was asked for.

Not as if that stuff is a bodge. It is very good stuff and that is what it was designed to do. When I was on patrol with the AA, we always carried it on board.

Add in the possibilty that when the bodge fails it could also take head gasket with it Laughing
