#1: Revs hang before dropping to idle [SOLVED] Author: V9977, Location: Athens, GreecePosted: Thu Apr 12, 2012 9:52 am ---- When idling I press the accelerator to 3500 rpm, and when I let-go
the revs hang-around 2K rpm briefly, then drop to 750 idle again.
Cable is not sticking and ICV should be OK and sealed properly.
I also don't notice it in normal driving though I assume it's happening.

I believe this was likely the root of the problem, and all the other work was interacting.
