That is totally ridiculous! I had all four of my wheels stolen once, as i had no locking nuts fitted. They must have seen in the day, and came back at 2 in the morning. They were disturbed though and left them all.

lil s**ts. but really i don't think having locking nuts would have stoped them, they would have just come back with the correct tools.

Exactly right I did that 2 years ago... They still haven't arrived, Drilled them off a week later. Oh the clock is still ticking on the key turning up...

So what i gather from that picture, does that mean you kept your wheels and are now 1 trolley jack up? The red one in the picture? Very Happy

The wheels were dropped at the end of my street when they ran off. Police took the jack for forensics. Nothing ever came of it. I sold the alloys soon after.

Peugeot won't order keys anymore, just sell another set with a new key which is useless.

RIGHT PEOPLE I NEED SOME HELP

Having checked the back wheels they were fine and come undone which was a relief. I took my car to a local garage and a friend of a friend who worked there said he could get the front 2 off by welding a nut on for the cost of an hours labour. After 4 hours he eventually phoned to say he cant get them off and will be no charge. Got down there and they have well and truely foo*ed up the front OS and havent even attempted the NS. So now the front locking nut has been drilled into and then a 'easy off' has been wound in only for it to snap when the tried to release the nut. They have drilled into the bolt with a smaller head a few times around the snapped bit so to try and remove it to no avail, now im in a worse position than i was before. Some strong words were exchanged but i didnt want to leave the car with them given the poor job they had done so far. So now i need help more than ever! Anybody????

A long time ago when I bought my car I was give the wrong key for the wheels, the dealers (the place I got it from) went through a bag of spares they had (keys that randomaly turn up). Couldn't find a match and due that being their fault offered to drill them out. I got this done for free!(still on warranty)

My car was off the road, so didn't have the ability to take it anywhere. I had to grind the bolts down. Took me hours, i tried Locking wheel nut removers, tried the things that grab the bolt, nothing worked, so just went at it with my drill and a bigger grinding stone and then finished with my dremel and the grinding stone on that.

Won't be cheap though, you go thro stones like no ones business.

Find an engineer / mechanic with a spark eroder.

You might need to look at places other then garages like engineering workshops.
