#1: 4-1 manifold off a 106 1.1 will it fit on the 206 1.1?help Author: Shanzer, Location: Stakeford, North EastPosted: Fri Apr 13, 2012 3:11 pm ---- basically i have a 106 1.1 with a 4-1 manifold and i drive a 206 1.1 i was wondering will the 4-1 off the 106 fit on my 206 ? i have the metal insert for the oil housing to chasnge it to a metal oil filter will i need to do this to make the 4-1 fit on to the 206?
can anyone help me please?
#2: Re: 4-1 manifold off a 106 1.1 will it fit on the 206 1.1?help Author: Andrew, Location: Black Country Ay IPosted: Fri Apr 13, 2012 4:07 pm ---- It will fit onto the head and clear the block no problem, the only thing you have to worry about now is whether the end of the manifold is positioned right to attach to your current exhaust midsection, since the 206 and 106 are different platforms.
If I were in this situation I would take it to a custom exhaust centre, get them to fit the manifold and if it doesn't match up to the exhaust system they could make you a system to match
edit: I've not heard of anyone having to relocate the oil filter because of a manifold on the 206 TU engines
