#1: scrubbing noise Author: dj71, Location: durham ukPosted: Sat Apr 14, 2012 7:47 am ---- i have an intermittent scrubbing or whining noise coming from front end of car at around 40-50 mph cant locate exactly where the noise is coming from, thought it might have been brake dics catching as they looked pretty worn with a deep lip on outer edge renewed these and pads but still have the noise, any ideas's b4 i start changing things like drive shafts unnecessarily?
