#1: airbag prob Author: BioCustoms, Location: LeedsPosted: Fri Apr 20, 2012 1:14 pm ---- Iv taken the airbags out with the dash, and now its all back in the airbag light is on, I broke one of the prongs on the passengers side airbag Plug but it looks like it still makes a connection but if it is due to the plug being broken is there way of easily fixing this without replacing the airbag since its just been flocked cheers

If you did,then the ECU had a fault stored,and you need to erase it so the light goes off.

i started mine with no airbag, and i drove it, then when i got a new airbag and fitted it the light went off

If there is no fault found with the system the airbag warning light / lights will go out.
Fix the fault & the light should then go out by itself.
