Its pretty simple just a ball ache if you can't get the bars out. Even if you give up on getting them out it only takes half an hour to put everything back on.

Yeaa there a nightmare if there seized, but if you can't do it yourself I'm sure someone on here would happily help you, either that or get it done at a garage, front are easy just a case of swapping yours for some aftermarket ones
