Intermittent clunking from underneath

Hi all

I'm a bit worried about my 206 SW - I've noticed a clunking noise from underneath, usually when changing gears, and the gearbox feels a bit awkward too though not all the time and it could be me being paranoid. Has anyone encountered this problem?

Also, there is a squeaking noise whenever I am going slowly, usually in 2nd gear. I've had so many issues and things replaced over the past year (exhaust/cat/radiator...).

Thanks,
Louise
