I need to align my headlights to the correct postion? I know how to adjust them but just need to know where/How there ment to be aimed? Need to know asap please as my other car is of road this one will doing trips at night now

When I had to do mine I took it to the garage knowing I'd fly through MOT. I did research beforehand and found pictures with measurement but I just couldn't get it right after a while you get starry eyed staring into a beam reflection
