#3: Re: Why arches Author: Uz, Location: No Man's LandPosted: Fri May 11, 2012 2:48 pm ---- Why buy half leathers when you can buy full leathers for probably £50 more but in far better condition.
#4: Re: Why arches Author: marc206, Location: Bourne, LincsPosted: Fri May 11, 2012 2:51 pm ---- you could always just use cardboard with super glue?
#5: Re: Why arches Author: Jay794, Location: Sheffield/Chesterfield/DronfieldPosted: Fri May 11, 2012 2:55 pm ---- I agree completely, but it's supply/demand
I've tried to haggle on here a few times to try and get plastic parts cheap but the simple fact is, with arches especially, they're in demand, try getting a leather binicle for less than £60 that's hard enough lol
#6: Re: Why arches Author: anton1989, Location: west midlandsPosted: Fri May 11, 2012 2:57 pm ---- Saw an sp front grill go for £21 on eBay the other day, just about keeping an eye out for a bargain, I'm after a sp bumper but not paying an extra £60 on top of the price of a normal one for two fog lights, then again I am a tight a**e

#9: Re: Why arches Author: Jay794, Location: Sheffield/Chesterfield/DronfieldPosted: Sat Jun 16, 2012 1:46 am ---- I found some arches in almost perfect condition the other day (whilst looking for a new gear knob)
Unfortunately they were tiger sealed and bolted on so they weren't coming off, damn it!

must agree im not a fan, had them on my old car purely because the aches were damaged,
#13: Re: Why arches Author: MrMorris, Location: Over that hill.Posted: Thu Jun 21, 2012 8:04 am ---- just save more money? keep saving untill you have got enough. simple.
and as for the looks, they are chavvy i think, but on the flip side, they complete a car. all the extras and so on. i've got 3 on my car some little s**t ran off with the front passenger. luckly the other three are bolted on so abit more secure. i'm iff'ing and are'ing wether to just remove them or buy the one i need.
but yes, eBay is a great place sometimes, other times it's a right rip off.
#14: Re: Why arches Author: hayes_ctfc, Location: CheltenhamPosted: Thu Jun 21, 2012 8:54 am ---- Personal opinion, I wouldn't have them, smooth wings look better imo
#15: Re: Why arches Author: deebee, Location: BirminghamPosted: Tue Jul 24, 2012 11:44 am ---- Hmmm this post is old but compltly forgotten about, but i dont see why a small plastic piece costs sometimes over £40 just why, and its the same as sp grills and all the sp stuff i know its nicer ect but the price difference sometimes is stupid!!!!!
