A normal 206 is easy to use the rear beam but can't see a good spot on the 180 as the rear suspension is different. And the front? I am referring to when using a hydraulic jack, not the peugeot one. Drive onto some blocks of timber and use the front subframe - with some timber between jack head and subframe to spread the load.
If you just want to lift one side use the box section under the floor. There is a big wide one under the front floor closest to the wheel and it runs along the side half the length of the floor..
To lift one rear wheel a trolley jack under the rear damper mount on the trailing arm is fine to use.

I concur, a tyre place did this to mine and crushed it Only noticed a couple of weeks later so couldnt take it back and moan
