Word of advice... be prepared to do a lot of touching up if you paint before fitting!! LOL

I have decided to get a second axle and build this up in the garage so I can still use the 180. Then swap over when done. It will be far easier that seeing the car up on axles stands and feeling the pressure to get it done. Might loose a few quid then selling the old axle, but so be it...

just done mine but the grommet i got from work doesn't have a deep enough groove so wont seal right, due to the thickness of the glass

I put a light seal of araldite on the inner edge of mine to secure it. I think you will be hard pushed to find something to match, but the grommets I have are tpo quality and will not perish or discolour...
