We need to know if your 206 is NON plexed or multiplexed first as you need to fit the correct alarm system & there not interchangeable!
Non plexed its basically a simple plug & play job.
Multiplexed is also simple to fit BUT you need Peugeot Planet to activate the alarm system after fitment!
Id wait till the one you want / need turns up on Ebay as they do every so often, I got the multiplexed upgrade alarm system BNIB delivered for £40 the other month

Its for a multiplexed 206 that havent got the factory fitted alarm system.
Its basically the same system but the flashing red led & ultrasonic off button are different.
Works of original remote fob & uses the transponder inside the key to disarm the alarm if the remote fails.
It was a bargain against new price & BNIB, Ill use it on the GF 206 when I finally get round to sorting her one out unless it already has the factory fitted system
#7: Re: Looking at getting an alarm. Author: Mikey2uk, Location: StevenagePosted: Tue May 15, 2012 10:22 am ---- Oh right nothing to worry about then as mine has a factory fitted one
#8: Re: Looking at getting an alarm. Author: MrBSI, Location: What's it to you? ? ?Posted: Tue May 15, 2012 10:26 am ---- I have the factory fit one in my GLX to.
All the Peugeot 206 upgrade alarm systems come with idiot proof install instructions including pictures.
Just need Peugeot Planet to activate it if your fitting one on a multiplexed 206.

Peugeot part number 9671 6Q would be worth looking out for on Ebay then.
If you pm me an email address ill send over the fitting instructions as I have them in pdf format.
You can easily diy fit the system, its then just someone with Peugeot Planet to activate it.
#11: Re: Looking at getting an alarm. Author: skard, Location: UK - NorthPosted: Tue May 15, 2012 1:59 pm ---- i also fitted 9671.6Q when i had the 206. i used a 'normal' ultrasonic switch from a scrapped car with factory alarm, in addition to the flashing red LED drilled into the centre console from the kit.
got it for £26 delivered brand new but that's one of my best bargains ever on ebay, definitely a good way of putting in an alarm.
#12: Re: Looking at getting an alarm. Author: skard, Location: UK - NorthPosted: Tue May 15, 2012 2:01 pm ---- here's one on ebay £33 delivered www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Peu...41650e2897
#13: Re: Looking at getting an alarm. Author: Cuderz, Location: IpswichPosted: Thu May 17, 2012 3:32 pm ---- can anyone tell me if everything looks like its there in the photo please,
#14: Re: Looking at getting an alarm. Author: skard, Location: UK - NorthPosted: Thu May 17, 2012 3:51 pm ---- looks like it's complete. can't make out if the bracket for the siren is that thing next to it.
could always double check with the seller, but there's been an offer on it already so might not be around for long.
#15: Re: Looking at getting an alarm. Author: Cuderz, Location: IpswichPosted: Thu May 17, 2012 4:13 pm ---- Sent the seller a message, so should hear back soon i hope. And said that if its all there i would be interested.
